AI helps TOB teams move faster and work smarter; TOB engineers remain responsible for every conclusion, every recommendation, and every answer. Training Highlights During the on-site training, Alibaba's AI specialists shared practical applications of AI across office workflows. TOB teams from engineering, sales, supply chain, and after-sales management participated, learning how to use AI tools for documentation, data processing, cross-language communication, and routine task automation.
